ستارہ کیا مری تقدیر کی خبر دے گا
Sitara kya meri taqdeer ki khabar dega

وہ خود فراخیِ افلاک میں ہے خوار و زبوں
Woh khud faraakhi-e-aflaak mein hai khwaar-o-zaboon

Translation:

How can a star tell me the fate of my destiny?
It itself is helpless and insignificant in the vastness of the skies.
