WE HAVE A HASSLE-FREE 10-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our quality and customer service make sure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional, but for any reason or even without a reason, if you would like to return or exchange your order, just contact us at care@shopmanto.uk
Our Customer Service Team will arrange a smooth return/exchange process for you.
We refund 100% and don't play dirty games of store credits or wallets.
1) The return request must be processed within 10 days of receiving the order.
2) Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get an exchange/refund.
3) The cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer.
4) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article that hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
5) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
