نہیں ہے ناامید اقبالؔ اپنی کشت ویراں سے
Nahin hai na-umeed Iqbal apni kasht-e-veeran se
ذرا نم ہو تو یہ مٹی بہت زرخیز ہے ساقی
Zara nam ho to yeh mitti bohat zarkhaiz hai saaqi

Iqbal is not hopeless about his barren field;
With just a little moisture, this soil can become richly fertile, O Saqi.
